Care Around Mature Trees and Roots
If the property has exposed roots, low branches or tight areas around trees, point them out before service. Those features can affect mowing direction and trimming, and they deserve a more careful approach than open turf.
Plan for Gates, Pets and Backyard Access
The estimate should account for the full yard, not only the visible front. Send gate widths and note locks, pets, play equipment, irrigation parts or objects that may affect equipment access and time on the property.
